The last several years our coaches have smelled the place up. It will be interesting to see what happens with a proven head coach and staff.

I'll buy that. But does Rivals truly have all the information to make a talent judgement a month before these players are set to take the field for their senior seasons and six months before signing day?

All of TCU's recruits are high ranking?
Greg Burks 5.2
Ross Evans 5.2
James Fry 5.2
Sam Shutt 5.1
Edward Wesley 5.2
That was all in 2008, now I wish the top end of our class looked like theirs as they have many good recruits in the 5.4-5.7 range but lets not be so prone to hyperbole ok?

Hey, MM65, nice pics, I think I may have been standing next to y'all for a while this morning. It's just great to see the kids working, and learning, I just hope they get a few breaks this season.

Next to last photo gives a glimpse of Odiari, #13 on the far right. Also after seeing Pony Pride's write up we now know that the back of the head belongs to Odiari. Big fella.
So are we running a 3-4 or 4-3? or 3-3-5?

I have a short video clip but I bet it's against open practice rules to post it so I won’t.
Nice to meet you and your lovely wife Mr. Mustang. Fun having to remember two names for everyone

EastStang wrote:And the more players you get with higher ratings the more likely you are to have the talent needed to win games. Sure there will be flame outs and diamonds in the rough, but on the whole, the higher rated players are the more dependable talents. That is all that Stallion is saying. Great coaching can do more with lesser talent, but with better talent coaching becomes less relevent. Remember we have some great coaches in CUSA who have succeeded at high levels. So, if their teams have more talent than your teams, you are going to lose to them because the coaching is equal.
You have nothing to base that on.
