The Doubletree looked like most of the other chain hotels and they are all within a mile of each other away from the city center out on the highway. At least you get a free cookie!
Chick and Ruth's has a 3 pound burger and a 6 pound milkshake that looked good. The kids loved the shakes and their regular size burger. I had the hot crab dip. I was watching my girlish figure.

Yeah thanks Brian. Glad to hear you can stroll the Naval Academy. I am looking into if they offer tours. It will be an SMU road trip to remember.

Thanks. I saw some great seats on stubhub in the lower part of the visitors section, (Sec 27, 28, 29), but wasn't sure how many ponyfans I'd be bringing.

I'll be in DC Friday night and staying in Annapolis Saturday night. If anyone knows about the alumni event in DC or some pre-game activities on saturday, feel free to respond or send me a PM.
Thanks!

No ... sushi is great. I could eat it all day long and still want more. Yeah, sake is pretty damn good too. Bait is no way close...we ain't talking minnows. Some people don't like fish and that is OK, but for instance Salmon sushi is even better than grilled Salmon and I love grilled fish too.
Oh well...each to his own. Like anyone cares what I think.

Got my tickets from SMU allotment. Looks like lower level Gold Side end zone. Sec. 32, Row 1, 16-21. $32 a ticket.

Didn't realize they had a lover level. Dare I ask what goes on there?

Submarine races indeed...they're the best.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
