Thanks for the pictures. That Tarp with the school name and logo was a great idea. It really looked good on TV and made that dump of a stadium look nice.

I've always hated that faded, tacky looking, bare hill in our south end zone. It just seems like such a give up. You spend millions on this stadium and leave that hill empty. At least paint SMU across it.

Thank You for the photo's. As again you have came threw for us ponyfans. But I also say Rice Stadium looked good on TV. By the way I appreciate all that you do.

Rice Stadium has "Great Bones" for a Stadium that is 58 years old. It looked like a dump for years-its still no world-class facility with all the bells and whistles you really want(and need today) but that 10-12 Million Rice spent on improving Rice Stadium was a bargain. Think about the other stadiums from that era-Floyd Casey, Amon Carter, Tech with its poor stadium grade. Considering very little was spent it is a quality venue. No its not one of the best but its stood the test of time with the upgrades.
