Thank God we do not have the distractions these guys have to deal with the past few years. Here is good wishes and prayers to our CUSA brothers that they and their families will come through this storm OK.

May New Orleans be spared waves of any color, so the Green Wave is only a mascot not a reality. Gustav does make football seem tivial.

I pray that NOLA is spared the damage that was caused by Katrina this time.

Prediction: the SMU v Tulane game location will be changed to Dallas.

It sounds like New Orleans is going to be spared on this one - it fell to a category 2 storm and it's hitting further west. Hopefully the Superdome (and more importantly, the rest of the area), will be just fine.
