I am pleased. I thought there was a good chance the June Jones All-white thing would win out or they would save the blue for homecoming.

Lucky for you the end zones ARE blue. :)
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

I hate to stereotype, but I do find it amazing that the women don't care what we wear but the men act like it's First Call at Neimans or something.
