To the point raised recently that starting BLM above Justin meant losing an incremental 2-3 games that could be otherwise used to help 2009 recruiting -

Sure makes a lot of sense to think June knows a historically awful D when he sees one .... and he realized quite early that it didn't matter what the offense did - the defense was going to lose us 10 games this year regardless. And I'm not sure we can expect the D to figure things out by midseason - they were not responsible for a single stop of any importance tonight.

So why not just bite the bullet and get the new QB in. Not looking so crazy anymore, is it.
