Thinking about this last night while I was watching a great baseball game betwen the Red Sox and Rays (Sorry, expony18), I'm wondering if Jones would be apt to try and use more short passes than normal and try to incorporate the running game more Saturday.
Given Tech's offense, it's natural for any opponent to try and go this route. But given Jones' philosophy, I wonder if he would gravitate to it or just do what he does regardless.
Yet I'm sure he has to do whatever he can to keep the defense off the field.
My thinking is that he stays with what he's done over the years and let whatever happens happen.
What does anybody else think?

I'm actually more interested in what the band will be doing on Saturday.
Colonel, can you please enlighten us on what the Band's strategy should be on Saturday?
I also eagerly await your critique of their next performance.

Actually, I really liked it when they played the James Bond theme as we were walking out of the stadium last Saturday. They did a really nice job with that.
Are they going to Lubbock? If so, are they performing at half?
Again, I haven't been at my best lately because of stuff that was previously mentioned. So my apologies.

I don't think the band is going to TTech. I don't blame them, last time I went as a member of the band (03?) I was pelted with handfuls of ice and coins the whole game and then had several Tech students physically try to 'start something' with the top row of the band.
Sent from my Motorola brick.

If ponyfans existed in 1980, I'm sure these same type of posts would have appeared the week before SMU vs. Texas.....
