we are supposed to be improving the offense as season goes and after completion of 1/3 of season,it looks the same or worsened

Apparently SMU installed an entirely new offense for this week-Its called the Run and Pop. Were there more than 3 passes thrown over 5 yards tonite. The most conservative pass offense I've seen perhaps ever at least by a passing team. Designed entirely to protect the fragile shell shocked condition of our QB-and he stll managed to get two Ints -by Defensive Lineman-and TCU got two hands on 5 more passes. What was that offense we saw tonite?

We're terrible. Why do we suck so bad? I mean the SMU facilities are top notch, we have a great coach. Why are we the laughing stock of this crappy conference???

You must have memory loss. I can remember many games where we stunk up the field against much worse opposition.
