Atmosphere

Postby Mustangsabu » Sun Oct 12, 2008 2:29 pm

I know the crowd was not great last night but the atmosphere was electric, we made a lot of noise, and I think the overall game experience was outstanding. It was the most exciting SMU game I can remember, just a heartbreaker to see it end that way.

It just shows though that play competitively and the atmosphere is awesome, and I think the fans should be congratulated for that. I think the kids really appreciated it.

I appreciated their effort - was so happy to see us play that well
It tastes better when served from a Bowl (game)!

And I think its important that we let them know how much we appreciated their work last night. There was a real energy and togetherness about the team.

And she would definitely know...right mrydel?
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
