You're lucky I didn't critique your peformance.
1. that's what she said
2. i'll give you something to critique
3. I will report back when he has won a game....

I don't remember your heard bringing a load of Ws to the Hilltop either, pal!

We've had 2 non-losing seasons here since 1989, and I've seen every season. For any former player in this area to rip others and think they won't do the job leaves a lot to be desired.
they should have put me at QB.... and as for BLM I'm not his mommy or daddy so I'm not going to rub his back and tell him congrats on a 1-11 season and 23 ints. I would recommend that you start leaving your pom-poms at home. The question was "Is anyone convinced that BLM is the QB that can do this job?"
MY answer is NO. I am not convinced. Did BLM show at times that he was a very capable QB? yes. Were there times that it looked like BLM should be holding a clipboard and learning the system? yes. So no slapdick i am not convinced that BLM is the QB that can do the job. And after a 1-11 season, I would say there are 22 spots that I'm not sure the guys can do the job. (Morstead is gone otherwise I would be sure about him).

Nice vulgarity. I stand by my earlier comment. But because you guys sucked, guys like Eric Dickerson and Craig James laughed at you and were embarrassed.

They brought a little street cred to the table, didn't they?

What exactly did you guys bring? A bag.

I hate to say it but when it comes to this program I side with Ex18 and Stallion based on their assessments

Based on the question as asked, no.

The answer should be that the jury is out.

BLM showed that he can throw the ball. Questions remain as to whether he can read fast enough, whether the WRs make the right decisions, and if we will have a RB or RBs that can take pressure off the QB. And assuming that the Ol gets better or at least not regress.

It was clear that JJ expected more sooner. But there are a lot of moving parts to the offense to single out the QB.

Re-Read the Logan Turner article.

After mostly sitting two years at SMU, Turner wanted to put that production to use now. Southeastern Oklahoma State needed a quarterback after banishing one and losing another to injury before last season.

Who knows how BLM will perform this year.

Just as big a question to me is if he doesn't, or if he gets injured, what exactly is our Plan B?

We all agree JJ's recruiting should pick up if we are more successful on the field. Seems like we are putting a ton of eggs in the BLM basket.

anyone claiming they are sure he is the guy is not being objective....and they are probably the same people hailing our 07 basketball class as a program changer. I have my doubts that he's the guy but we have to give him another year. Hopefully he grows from last year’s experience and takes a big step forward in 09.
