.... Bryan (Texas) DB/WR James Steptoe? Sounds lightning-fast, but absolutely tiny. Are still chasing him?

I'm assuming that we've filled up our scholarship allotment at CB but not necessarily Safety where we still are apparently after Dallas Washington and Jonathan Penelton who is scheduled to visit this weekend.
