Red and Blue Scrimmage to be Broadcast Online

Postby mustangdude » Fri Apr 24, 2009 8:59 am

Looks like Robby Gillespie and Alan H. Rose of the Daily Mustang will be providing us with a free online audio stream of what's going on at the Red and Blue Scrimmage. Here is where I found out.

Is the "Daily Mustang" an online alternate to the "Daily Campus"?(or the DC Comics we use to call it)

Daily Mustang

It's a convergence news site run by the journalism department at SMU. It has no affiliation with the Daily Campus. It develops multimedia content, and more up to the minute news as it is being updated constantly.

I applaud you for doing this and being out of State will probably tune in, but that said, with a limited contact, controlled scrimmage, audio broadcast, I certainly hope you have a lot of interesting filler material. I do not imagine there is going to be a whole lotta poppin' going on.

Ideas

Postby mustangdude » Fri Apr 24, 2009 12:56 pm

I'm sure they have stuff planned out but I agree that it could be a pretty dull broadcast. We should post ideas in that comments section. I'm sure they can use all they can get.

Audio Archived

Postby mustangdude » Fri Apr 24, 2009 1:22 pm

I'm interested in hearing it as well but will be enthralled in the NFL draft. I looked on their web site and it appears that they did basketball game broadcasts and archived them. I'll go ahead and post it in the comments section cause someone posted something and there was a quick response. I sure hope it's archived. This way we can skip right to the interviews if we want. :D
