Tailgate Planning

Postby BUS » Tue Aug 04, 2009 8:08 am

So, it is that time of year when all good Mustang Fans begin to make those final plans for their tailgate.

First game is SFA Lumberjacks. So what would the menu be for Lumberjacks. Beaver? Possum? Or Squirrel.

Just kidding, none of those are available at the Hallal/Kosher market. ( JOKING )

It is going to be hot so I am thinking the picnic standard of Hot Dogs and Hamburgers with cold salads and fruit.

Please post your ideas.

Change for this year is Canadian Whiskey by request!

Yes, for different religions.

We have been working on painting horse masks, getting the mannequin in a current helmet and uniform. Probably will serve brats/dogs and ice cold brew for the SFA game.

Won't be long.

Blvd Brats are simmered in beer, grilled to a juicy golden-brown perfection over charcoal, add in some chopped onion, sauerkraut, a "Special" secret sauce, and of course at all SMU events you must offer some Grey "Snob" Poupon!
