I have a PM that has been in my Outbox for over 12 hours.
Did I do something wrong, or does it someday decide to send?
Thanks.

PMs stay in the out box until the person you ar sending the PM to actually logs on at which time the PM is sent.

So it doesn't move to the Sent folder until the recipient has opened the message?
Thanks.

OK. I just saw them online 5 minutes ago, and I sent it last night -- still in Outbox.
Thanks for info -- don't want to bore everyone with my PM issues.

Maybe the software has been changed...it use to be that the intended recipient had to be on line before your PM was actually sent to him.

Kind of like when you see a friend at a restaurant and you call them and see them hit the straight to voicemail button

I had a couple PMs in my outbox for more than a year. Some people just don't check for them.
I finally deleted those.
