Q's team

This will be Q's team next year, and I think that bodes well for a better season. He and Jibran Kelley will be much better leaders than Damon was this year and Jeryl and Willie were last year. The last two years, egos have gotten in the way of development as a team. With Q running the ship, that won't happen next season.

While Q will undoubtedly provide senior leadership next year, I think his primary role may well be to help the others keep up their defensive intensity. That (consistent defensive effort) and unselfish play have been his trademarks. I really look for next year's chemistry to be MUCH improved with a true point guard coming in (BHop) and Voc returning. I look for improved shot selection and I expect our assists-to-turnover ratio to dramatically improve. I wouldn't be surprised to see 4 guys average double figures next year.
