The Mitchell hate is unbelievable. Yes, he threw the INTs that got returned for scores, but he also threw for over 400 yards and a few touchdowns. Without him, Wazzu doesn't even have to come back. Was he great? Of course not. But this "he's awful" talk is insane. I'd give him a C. Thankfully, he has two weeks to get this game out of his head and try to prepare for what will be the best defense we'll see all year. The Padron/Smith talk is silly. Mitchell isn't perfect, or close to it, but he's our best choice at the moment, and he will continue to get better.

yes he threw over 400 yards but all that crap yardage is negated by 4 INTERCEPTIONS!!!...

you cant give a player a C for losing the game late for you.

He WAS Awful in the second half

he wil continue to get better...and also throw INTs...thats one of the best things he does

In My Opinion any good he did is null and Void once he gives the other team 14 points.

Throw the damn ball into the stands and get another down. You can score 100 points but if you hand your opponent 102, you failed.

SMU's defense held WSU's offense to 14 points and that should be enough for any run and shoot team to win.

I'd give him a C for choker, and an L stamped on his forehead. He is getting better........... at
throwing interceptions. At this rate he bests his last years total.

Not drinking anything (unfortunately) — just looking at the game. Calling his yardage "crap yardage" is simply wrong — it's not like he threw 50 screen passes and had McNeal pick up all of his yardage. I'm not saying he didn't make mistakes. He did — critical mistakes. Nobody is arguing that. All I'm saying is that he also did some good things. I also know that June Jones and Dan Morrison, who know a hell of a lot more about QB play than anyone on this board, seem to think BLM is progressing. Neither of them have said he is a star or anything, and both have said he is progressing about as they had expected, and they seem to think he'll continue to do so. I tend to believe them over a bunch of upset fans (a group in which I'm certainly included) who are reacting after a tough loss.

It's a whole different thing when you're talking about a true sophomore who came out of a high school that didn't throw a lot. Bo has never been in a situation where he has thrown a whole lot, so he's really still learning about this whole thing. — Dan Morrison.
