Shouldn't BLM be listed as (-20)?

Oh, wait, this isn't "The Biggest Loser."

JJ said a couple of week's ago that BLM is better at this point in his career than Timmy Chang was.
Chang went on to be the NCAA's all-time yardage leader with 17-thousand-something yards, right?

Let me be clear that my above post wasn't meant as a shot to BLM, but rather as a questioning of whether he is really healthy enough to play at a high level.

Didn't Chang end up getting drafted?

wikipedia says no, pasted below. Interestingly, he was MVP in two bowl victories. Those victories were over...UAB and Houston.

Chang was signed by the Arizona Cardinals of the NFL in 2005, but was cut in training camp. That year, Chang also played in the preseason for the Detroit Lions but did not make the final roster. He then signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, who allocated him to the NFL Europe in 2006. He played for the Rhein Fire of NFL Europa for the 2006 season, in which he completed 50 of 89 passes for 656 yards, 4 touchdowns and 3 interceptions, while sharing playing time with Drew Henson.[2] He was in training camp with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2006, but was cut before the start of the regular season.
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the CFL acquired the negotiating rights to Chang in a February 12, 2007 trade with the Edmonton Eskimos.[3] Chang signed with Hamilton on March 13, 2007.[4] [5] During the 2007 season, he started two of 18 games played, completing 42 of 89 pass attempts for 467 yards, one touchdown, and seven interceptions. Chang played in his first regular season game on June 30, 2007 against the Calgary Stampeders when he replaced the struggling Jason Maas towards the end of the fourth quarter, completing his first career CFL pass, a 51-yard pass to Jesse Lumsden, overall finishing 4 of 7 for 86 yards. He threw his first career CFL touchdown on July 14 during the Ticats 29-20 loss to Montreal, a 71-yard pass to Brock Ralph.
Chang was released by the Tiger-Cats on August 29, 2008 and signed by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers the following day.[6]
He was released by the Blue Bombers on February 25, 2009.

JJ says whatever positive thing he can think of at the moment. Nothing he says means anything, it is all coach-speak.

So you guys want JJ to play a redshirt freshman that does not have the arm strength to make a lot of the throws needed or a true freshman? Get real guys. If JJ had viable options he would pursue them. It ain't all about the qb. Despite how bad Bo was in the second half at Wash. St. if the defense holds then we win. He has been sick / hurt the first 3 games. TCU was a better team. Bo missed a lot of throws in the TCU game but it probably would not have mattered. This is the youngest team these coaches have coached so there is not a lot of plan b, c, d available. You can thank the uncompetitive athletic model and crappy recruiting by Phil Bennett.

nor does Jones' unwillingness or inability to motivate the 20 or so upperclassmen who left the program last year. That's why the team lacks maturity and experience. I mean why is June Jones the first Coach at SMU who doesn''t get criticism for his inability to motivate so many players-that used to be exactly what many said was missing. With Bennett and Cavan we had constant complaints:"If we could only get a Coach to motivate the boys..."

Chang is also the all time leader in interceptions thrown.

does it not bother anyone that the most interceptions chang ever threw was 22 in a season (bo threw 25 last year). Bo is on track for a solid 30 this year...
