That's what happens when you don't block well. It's not about establishing the run.

Oh yes it is in a game like this. Pass happy offenses can do all they want against san jose st. But if you don't slow down an OU pass rush by effective running you are dead meat in a game like this. That's why Run and Shoot teams don't win championships.
