WEST DIVISION CHAMPS 2010
Re: Official Countdown to a Bowl Bidactually going over this again... IF we go 6-6 and so does UCF, we would have a better conference record, so i assume we would be good. if anyone can find another scenario to dispute this please let me know

Re: Official Countdown to a Bowl BidThank You Lindsey Nelson. As Huskerpony points out there could still be six 7 win teams excluding SMU so as of this moment we need another win or any number of CUSA East losses.

When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.

Re: Official Countdown to a Bowl Bid
ok so what happens if we have 6, 7+ win teams, and army beats navy the last week? someone is still left out?! WEST DIVISION CHAMPS 2010
Re: Official Countdown to a Bowl BidIf Army beats Navy (and North Texas), C-USA is down to FIVE bowls--unless the Big 12 doesn't fill (unlikely, but still possible.) In that case, we absolutely need to have 7 wins.
Re: Official Countdown to a Bowl Bid
Makes me shudder to think what Dexter McCluster would do to SMU's defense. But man, would that be fun.
Re: Official Countdown to a Bowl BidUmmm... Go UNT!?!
![]() Go Ponies!!
Beat whoever it is we are playing!! @PonyGrad
Re: Official Countdown to a Bowl Bid
I know. It kills me to want to root for UNT to beat Army, but that is what we have to do. The Army-Navy game isn't until 12/12. I don't want to wait that long to find out.
Re: Official Countdown to a Bowl Bid
i think they only need to win one of the two... not positive but i think they get in with 6 wins, ahead of a 7-5 CUSA team. may be wrong, but i think they will beat UNT regardless WEST DIVISION CHAMPS 2010
