Pathetic effort today by the Mustangs, they got manhandled on the lines all game long. Pretty much kills any chance of being in the C-USA title game.

Absolutely agree. the team learned a lot about winning in this game. NOt that thy won but the talent and execution needed to win. Assuming that we learn and improve, next year we will be much better.

This was a game that the O had to step up and they didn't. that isn't unusual since our O has not deliver this year.

good effort against a team that was playing a "must win" game at home on senior night. Our guys gave a good effort. Let's get back to Dallas and thump Tulane so they can head to Hawaii 7-5. Houston and ECU are the best CUSA has to offer against the SEC in the Liberty Bowl this year. SMU is clearly on the way up.

I'm proud of our team. Padron played very well for this environment and he has such amazing promise. I am just thankful that we even had a week to where we could talk about a possible CUSA championship etc. The future is bright.

It shows that even if you get good skill players, it still matters what you have on the line both offense and defense.

No, that is what some people have been saying!!! We are a mediocre fb team playing mostly mediocre football teams! Until we become good-great, we will manage to win some we should lose and lose some we should win!!!

Agreed as we are ahead of schedule and will be fine. Marshall deserved it as they are deep and have some big boys....
