Long Trip-Road Map To North Shore

Postby Stallion » Fri Dec 11, 2009 4:02 pm

I decided to post this google map I did of the Long Trip around Diamond Head through the eastern shore and around to to the North Shore with return through the middle of Oahu. If you want to go directly to the surfing areas like Bonzai Pipeline, you also can reach the North Shore more directly by just taking the central road back and forth. But the eastern shore is spectacular too. Click at the top of link to include a large map. I editited it to start and end at the Sheraton Waikiki.

I editited it to start and end at the Sheraton Waikiki but apparently it won't save it but basically you do a Google Map clinking multiple destinations including

2255 Kalakauna Avenue(Sheraton Waikiki)
Hi-72
Laie
Haleiwa
2255 Kalakauna Avenue(Sheraton Waikiki)

You went H1 to 72?
How long does it take to get to the North Shore - are the roads always packed?

Take the Pali Highway north out of Honolulu. It's a breathtaking sight when you come out of the tunnel on the Windward side.
