I'm embarrassed that I spend as much time following this program as I do. Not only do we look many athletes short of competing, we don't look coached. Our sets don't exist.

I'm can't describe how angry I am at looking so disorganized.

Announcers appear to be disgusted with SMU's play. They are taking a number of verbal shots at the quality of play. It is past my bed time here on the East Coast. Looks like watching re-runs of Mr. Rodgers is far more interesting and stimulating.

You know what, instead of Doherty being embarrassed at being the coach of this team, I want an apology from him. I want him to sit his rear end down at the post game presser, look into the camera and apologize to the students, alumni, and fans of SMU for embarrassing the University like this on national television.

I'm getting to this point as well. Own the problem. You can overcome talent w/system. We don't have great talent, but what we do have is being minimized

Don't blame the players, I think a good coach could actually get these guys to compete. They clearly don't like him and don't play hard. On the other hand, you have our football team playing beyond their ability. Coaching matter so much in the mid-major world.

what else does Harp need to do so I can see him on the bench the rest of his SMU career? Horrible passes (usually the only decent thing he does), [deleted] rejected at the rim. why can none of our 6-8 and 6-9 guys get a shot off under the basket?

It's the Christmas season, maybe that present will be waiting under the tree.

Harp is our BIGGEST liability. Every time he touches the ball, you don't know how he plans to turn it over.

you were feeding the tired our players are beaten down schtick. That's very different then what we are watching. This isn't about players being burnt out, this is abouta program w/o a go to system, that starts all guards, but panics when pressed. No scorers, no bigs etc
