Radio Call

Postby SmooBoy » Tue Dec 29, 2009 7:04 pm

Too lazy to look back threads, but are there any KTCK radio calls from the bowl game on YouTube, DMN, etc? Would love to hear Rich and John over the highly boring ESPN guys.

I wonder if SMU is going to produce a DVD of the game with the radio team doing the broadcast?

I got the end of the game wrap-up which includes JJ's post game interview as well as KP's interview. It is great but the best B&R was Rich and Hampton talking about this season and how this years team made John PROUD to be a Mustang. Very cool! I'll send it to the webmaster when I have time. It will be a rather large MP3.

I saw Rich Phillips and Sean Bass (no John Hamptom) in the RumFire Grill and Bar with Kate later in the eveing after the game. Didn't see John Hampton. I'm sure Rich was his usual Mustang homer'in self. Gotta love Rich. :)

I listened to the pregame broadcast on the radio and really enjoyed the interview with Reggie DuPard, who played in the 84 ALoha Bowl. Hopefully a copy of the interview will be available. It was very nostalgic.
