Has anyone who bought tickets for donation to the Air Force base received their t-shirt or heard when they will be sent?

Also, for those that were there, was there a noticeable block of Air Force folks taking advantage of the tickets?

Have not seen anything or heard anything. Were the shirts given to the soldiers?

to answer the original question: no x2.

I did notice a few w/ the t-shirts on...they were white, had an adidas logo, and looked like wherever else it was posted on here w/ the Partners in Paradise thing.

I too expected to see scores of military personnel wearing them (2,000 is a lot considering what we had there...you guys saw the the 80 or so in the band, all wearing the same, and they looked like strength in numbers)...rather, I saw a t-shirt here, a t-shirt there...and from those wearing them, it appeared as though either a) the servicemen brought their families, and the family members were wearing the shirts, or b) the servicemen said "hey! you and your friends want to go to the football game? okay...we got t-shirts too...get the tickets from your mom"

The t-shirts arrived in the Ticket Office yesterday. Getting them shipped out is a priority and we will get them out as soon as we can. Thanks.

I assume you like them tight to show off your physique.

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

I got a lot of "knowing nods" from the folks wearing the t-shirts when they noticed my SMU hat. Looked like the guys and gals brought a lot of their kids and kids' friends. I think they were seated to our left, but, they spread out over a couple sections.

I'm wearing one right now... Of course I picked up a handful when we filmed the event/pep rally announcing the gift. (Never been to a pep rally where there actually wasn't a team present, but it was still really cool.). You want a tee shirt? Yeah, why not? I'll take 3.
