Stallion...I think you are right about the 3 star rating this year. It is over the top. I think the best gauge is offers by other BCS schools (or at least BCS plus CUSA/Mt West). Maybe you have time to break that down for us!

may wait until signing date but I'm sure you're aware most of TCU's recruits have a long list of BCS offers. I do realize that counting offers isn't perfect but either is Scout whose analysis isn't thorough enough or Rivals with its wacky mysterious bonus points

SMU is in the second tier of 3rd to 5th place. So. Miss. and UH are in the top tier.
