All I can hope for is that Saturday is THE Day when the whole school comes behind SMU in unison (hints why I wanted to have a red-out). that way everyone looks the same. I am encouraging people, via Facebook event to create signs.

I already have one made...

"Will take your SAT for ONLY $20"

I'm also working on a blow up (might just be making tons of copies of it) of PNH superimposed over the new Taco-Bell diet lady.

There was two frats there and we do appreciate those guys, but C'mon SMU lets see some spirit and show up in numbers and have fun...even in a loss it's fun there.( ok maybe not so much) I hope to see lots of students out there on Saturday as it could be a big win and momentum turner for these guys. Sorry about the post from late last night as I was just disappointed in the student turnout again.....Memphis crowd should be rockin....Yes?

I'll bump this and remind you guys of something i've posted elsewhere too. this Saturday from 11am until 2:00 pm (tip time), Lakewood's 1st & 10 will be offering $8 domestic pitchers to anyone wearing their SMU gear before the game. Come on by, have a few cold beers and a burger, then head down Mockingbird to Moody for the game.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

I totally agree with the earlier posts , its crazy that students wont show up unless their frat or sorority set to be at the game, I guess there isn't much change from the football season but if we could get at least half of the students there it would be awesome. I also find it crazy that students dont show up they have nothing better to do on a wed night ,they get in free , and then have the nerve to complain when we lose. we have just won three in a row , get involved, ok some of you regular posters may say "tap the brakes" three wins is not a season but we win on Sat and it is HUGE , a hundred more people makes it that much harder to make a free throw in the last few seconds , maybe a game like UAB could have been a 1 point victory. Its is a known fact that a crowd can be the difference between 10 points in a game. I'd be embarrassed if I was a student.

has the student body president or any of the other campus "leaders" been to a game or do they just go to football where they can sit in club level.

RED OUT !! Get loud

I am a "campus leader" and have gone to almost every game (I had a test one night). I am a former fraternity president, and a current representative for the Board of Trustees Athletic Committee. You wayyyyyyyy over generalize, jameson.

Anyways, I am on my way to make 500 copies publicizing the event Saturday, and plan on dropping them in dorms, cafeterias, libraries, Hughes Trigg, EVERYWHERE because I want every single person to show up. If you are on FACEBOOK join the RED OUT event.

I have spent my whole week trying to make this the best atmosphere possible, and I will be damned if under 400 students show up.

One more thing, there are only 1,500 Red t-shirts, so if you don't get there early WEAR RED ANYWAYS.

LIke I said earlier, you are good people
“When I first committed to SMU, I thought it would take a couple of years of building. But with these players coming in, we should make a run. We have a lot of heavy hitters. It could get real ugly for a lot of teams we play.”- Jalen Jones

If for some reason any of you happen to be on campus, I will be at Hughes Trigg at noon today passing out fliers with one of my buddies publicizing the game.

For any rap fans out there, I have been trying to get this song into the warm-up routine, and finally here it is.

Georgia Tech football actually made it a national hit.
