as a less-informed outsider, I always saw JJ's staff changes to be a result of the 'poaching'/'greener pastures' variety. the current coaching changes that McMackin has done strikes me as more of the reactionary, searching-for-a-solution type. but I am not privy to any of what the internal dynamics are. we'll have to see how the season plays out for UH. one can only hope that it improves.

I believe, that is last season's angst. the last entry is Dec 2009.
I'm sure it'll start up again if they're off to a slow start (which may be likely).
