Blvd Spot Question

Postby ItalianStallion » Sun Aug 29, 2010 11:58 am

Just received my Blvd tickets and if I'm assuming correctly the number on the parking pass corresponds to your spot on the BLVD. If this is the case, I was moved from my prior spot, which I have had for the past six years. When I was renewing my spot I was ensured that I would keep the same space as the previous years.

Has anyone else been moved this year? Does anyone have recommendations on who I can speak to regarding this mistake? Not sure that much can be done at this point in time but I'm a little pissed and need to vent to someone in the athletic department

If you are on the main blvd and received a green pass. The number at the top right corner has nothing to do with you blvd spot. You would have received a receipt for your purchase that # is your blvd spot. You can also go to the SMU official site and check out the new map with all of the numbers for spaces on it.

Many of the numbers changed but the spots have remained pretty much the same.

Our parking pass shows 0088 but in fact we are in #33 it's some sort of an accounting number

Many thanks, I think that clears up any confusion.

Yeah, my blvd spot number went from fifty-something to one hundred seventy-something; they added a ton of spots on the northern end of Bishop and north of Cox

So, the visiting team won't be on the blvd anymore (I think they used to be by the fountain, now looks like they are in Moody lot)? Stinks for them....
