Actually, I made them with the uniform creator on the on the website for the NCAA '10 game. I have no inside info on uniforms, black or otherwise.

Nicley done!! The look pretty cool I must say...but in this Texas heat thoss black uniforms may be too hot for the boys..maybe at the Bowl games when its cooler( as in Decmeber at the Memphis- Liberty Bowl)

Its a gangsta thing. Having black SMU jerseys increases sales in SOC. Every NFL team has a black jersey that they market.

this reminds me of when everyone in the MLB decided to wear power blue, then grey away uni's and now everyone has home uni's w/ pinstripes...I don' like it because we are playing follow the leader, and the scheme is hideous.

I edited an SMU Jersey template to preview what a future black jersey could possibly look like. There are similarities with this image and the picture of the youth jersey in the bookstore. I think the colors of the numbers and stripes on the sleeves look better in this image.

One of the poorest selections of athletic apparell I have ever seen for a D1 school, especially one on the rise. No selection whatsoever for game jerseys except for the stupid "11". We need the NIKE guys in here pronto!

I'm sick of the black jersey, pants socks etc... especially on teams who do not list the color as an official color. Black shoes are fine but enough with the other
