Rice had a very impressive first drive but did not finish it off. Nice job holding the horns to 3 in their first drive.

This is the kind of start we need at tech, although we need to put up a TD rather than field goal. The first drive of these big games is so important for the underdog.

Quite possibly. But I recall years where SMU looked good the first game against superior competition and the wheels flew off in week 2.

Ntsu is only down 7 to Clemson 5 minutes into 2nd quarter.

I saw somewhere they were going to use him in wildcat formations 5-6 snaps per game.
