Wanted to win

But any SMU team before JJ would have quit in the third quarter.

As long as the players don't let this one seep in too much, the season could be very, very bright.

Also, I am so sick of hearing about how hot it is.

Actually, they may have quit in the middle of the 2nd quarter.

TV announcers said it reached 142 degrees on the field so I guess it was HOT!

Did anyone catch the post game with the guy on the SMU sideline who was dishing out the protein drinks on the sidelines? I think ESPN bypassed the Jones Press conference to interview that dude. I hope he get's his due credit for the team's performance - end sarcasm.
