Looks like the freshman we thought would see the field did see the field. Acker, Fields, Holmann, Johnson, Gottschak all played.

Stats do not look as bad as I thought they might. Gave up a lot o passing yards but that is to be expected. All in all, for a young team I think they played well. Next year they need to win a game like this.

Turn overs GAVE them 21 points.
D-line with Fraizer out is an invitation to run us over.
Second half I was proud that the MUSTANGS fought hard.

Line and Butler ran well.
Fields did well on kick offs.

We really need depth at NG.

Bottom line.... We GAVE them 21 points.

We dominated in the FG stat. 2-2 for SMU and 2-2 blocked by SMU.
