Is anybody else insanely excited for the UAB game?

To be honest, if we lose, tie, or have to have a late game score, it will not bode well for the season.

A double digit victory, though, and I'll like our chances in CUSA.

FAU racked up 347 on UAB's home field, SMU should hit 500 at Ford. That Isabelle kid will be hell to deal with but I see SMU winning by 2 TDs.

JJ said UAB had some of the best physical talent in CUSA. WE have a short week. Our offense stunk up Lubbock and our D was run ragged.

At least we will have a clue what UAB will do on offense and defense. I will take a win. Definitely the most important game of Sept.

UAB is a rushing team. They had 47 rushes against FAU to just 19 passes. Their QB, David ISABELLE, had 22 rushes for 214 net yards. The Blazers let FAU get back into the game and win on a FG, despite being 10+ pt favorites. If they're not devastated by the loss, like Tulsa, expect a very motivated team to get an important win. The coach's job is likely on the line this year.

Hopefully, all will be ready for the game. I will have to wait until later for the results because our high school plays Sat. at 6 out of town. But, as always..............

Very pumped about Saturday. Thanks to the Sunday game and Labor Day holiday, the week will fly by and it will be Saturday afternoon on the Boulevard before we know it.
Plus I've already talked some people into coming who weren't planning on it. Will be interesting to see what kind of attendance we have.
