One thing I appriciated in Padron's performance was his poise in the pocket. For a young player with only 12 games I thought he did a great job stepping up into the pocket and keeping his eyes down field while under pressure. Clearly he made some bad throws but that can be fixed with experience, poise in the pocket is something essential that can not be taught, this guy is a player.

Kyle is a strong competitor that has the "toughness" to lead this team. The young man had a tough day, but don't forget Kyle is just a true sophomore. If anything, even with his mistakes it was his toughness that kept SMU in the game until the very end. 2thagloomy you question his toughness but in comparison to who?
