More like 4 years. We don't play them again until 2013, and that is at Ford.

They will cancel that game...thoughts?......if TAMU is getting out, TT will as well. I hope not though.

Is it certain that A&M will is going to bail?

It makes sense for Tech to Bail. JJ and company's recruiting classes keep getting better and the talent gap will narrow. If we can scare them in an 8 point loss with a 1 or 1 1/2 deep roster what is going to happen when our depth chart gets deep? Keep in mind that Tubs and his staff don't have strong relationships with Texas High School Coaches yet. The talent gap could narrow faster than he wants.

A thought for the future. Now that SMU is no longer a laughingstock AQ Schools will think twice about scheduling us. Who wants their tune-up game to become a dogfight before conference games start?

A&M is more likely to bail because they have a 10 year contract to play the Root Hogs at Jerry World

not quite sure that we're at that level yet. headed in the right direction though. we'll find games. just like our friends to the west do. it may mean we're playing more pac10/ACC/SEC teams who want a game in north Texas, but we'll be fine, and we'll still get paid when we travel. TCU got a million bucks to play clemson last year.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

No we are not at that level yet. But everyday we are making strides (and hope springs eternal...)
