Re: Norm saysI don't think they will (or the coaches will let them) forget about being up last year before Operation Meltdown.
Re: Norm says
yeah, just came to post same. take ponies minus points. June will keep them focused. i'm sure there are reminders all over the bulletin board reminding them they could have been 9-4 last year instead of 8-5 but for this game, which they had all but won. at least we know if we get a lead now we have Line to control the clock. Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally
Re: Norm saysHope he's right, but he also picked SMU as the Daily Double for this same game last year. I can't make it tomorrow and have found a home for my tickets so at least my seats won't be empty. GO MUSTANGS!
Re: Norm saysA hard lesson was learned last year at the WSU game. One certainly hopes the current players haven't forgotten that lesson.
I don’t think Jones runs up the score to 50 (unless the D has a complete meltdown and allows WSU to score). Still, this team should win big (oh no, now jtstang will remind me that expectations are not allowed).
Re: Norm sayswell, bo could throw it over those mountains over there.
I'm taking the mustangs minus the points. go ponies! Derail the Frogs!
Re: Norm says
We were his daily double last year. We. Did. Not. Cover.
Re: Norm saysThe team has had this game circled after last seasons debacle. Believe me they're ready for some serious payback. Nobody likes blowing a 17 point lead and having the opponents fans rush the field on you. I think we absolutely crush them.
Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: Norm says
Should we rush the field too. ![]() I say...let's wait for our win over #4 next week to do that. ![]() SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
