For some inexpensive Vietnamese with a SF edge try Tu Lan on sixth and Market.

You'll run into an eclectic mix of the Mayor, City Councilmen, students, artists, and some homeless as well for under $10.00.

Also try the Daily Bar and Grill at 347 Geary St. near Union Square.

For cinema buffs try Cafe Zoetrope 916 Kearny St. at Columbus Ave. owned by Francis Ford Coppola.
