A classy move

Postby FrogAlum » Fri Sep 24, 2010 11:48 pm

Hey mustangs,

One last thing I want to point out before I get off of yalls form, due to the excitement of the play when Ed wesley jumped over one of the stangs defenders and was then plastered to the ground on the maybe fumble but was called down. Well I saw that wesley was getting tended too by our trainers and did not think much of it but on the recorded copy that I have of the game, it shows three or four of the mustang trainers/student trainers tending to him. The play could not have been over for more than five seconds and your training staff was out there doing whatever they could for our player until our trainers got there. THAT IS CLASS!!! That is something you wont see everyday. You guys have a class act in Dallas, thanks.

thanks - its just football - so nothing to lose your head over. Glad it was noticed.

enjoyed the game - both teams played well - good luck the rest of the way.

I also noticed that the entire SMU student section had their pony ears up and went silent. As for TCU, absolutely nothing. Way to support your own injured player

Don't know where you were looking but from where I was sitting it was impossible to see what was going on so your statement is quite unfair

I really hope TCU runs the table on the bcs-BS. I was for our 'stangs but with a win, it would be more difficult to screw up their little cartel.

It was pretty clear when trainers were around him for a pretty good amount of time

Glad he is going to be ok. TCU under Patterson is one hard-nosed team which plays the game with class! Oh, did anyone else think that should have been ruled a fumble?

I saw the replay-no fumble-good call. Ball squirted out when he hit the ground

TCU fans were silent. Did you want us to hold our pony ears up too?

The rivalry continues with jabs back & forth - even after the game. LOL!

I really hope the Frogs run those tables now.

Too bad Baylor has fallen off the radar screen.

What I noticed was that Chris Banjo was out praying for both a Mustang player and a Frog player when they were injured. Talk about a CLASS ACT! You can clearly see that he is a born leader.

Definitely. Injury looked bad when it happened. Glad he is going to be OK.

i was over in 124, right next to the TCU sections.

they went quiet as well. not sure what else they could have done. surely didn't do anything disrespectful or out of the ordinary.

i will say that they TCU fans were much more respectful overall and definitely more fun to be around than most that come over. i had a good time with the ones is my section.
