Especially when it comes to getting to go to Hawaii in December. Us Frogs don't get to do that. We had to settle for Glendale, Az in January last year and probably this year as well. Yes I mean Fiesta Bowl. While I'd like to find a way to go to the MNC, I think the Fiesta Bowl is more realistic.

If we correctly get the fumble call and Kerley doesn't save him, he might be trying to justify a loss

Okay...if SMU doesn't snap the ball off of an up-back on a punt, etc...

There are always a lot of ifs in every game.

Oh, I hear ya. The better team won. I'm just responding to Patterson's comments that this was our Super Bowl, you all played your worst game in two years, etc...just saying anyone can play that game. I'd just rather him say it was a great game and leave it at that...reminded me of Tuberville making 15 excuses for why they didn't beat us by a bigger margin. I'm wishing TCU luck for the rest of the year. A great rivalry is healthy for both of us.

The post by Alaric was pretty much...

Right on. Wouldn't trade GP for anyone but the Super Bowl stuff makes me cringe a bit. In his defense I think he is completely pissed that ESPN can't even braodcast our game with you guys without wearing out the "style points" talking point. Maybe they will send a real broadcast crew in 2012 versus interns. This is why I have no problem with the MWC not being tied to ESPN.

I don't think any coach should take ESPN seriously until they have something valuable to say, instead of that same old retreaded analysis that they roll out week to week and stick in people's faces as something original.
