Sir, shooting-star, sir.
Frosh 2005 (TEN YEARS AGO!?!) The original Heavy Metal.
Re: To all Hilltop Alumnii read the message board from time to time but never post but i thought this would be a good resource to find some cool places to explore on campus
Re: To all Hilltop Alumni
i would explore all the buildings - i don't think I stepped foot in the law school or the theology buildings. The Fondren library stacks were always creepy. I have no idea if there is an underground tunnel or secret rooms. Maybe in Dallas Hall.
Re: To all Hilltop Alumni
This. Was always completely empty. I cranked out a term paper in there in two days my freshman year.
Re: To all Hilltop AlumniBeen to the depths of Meadows for... well... all four years of my Theatre degree.
Some freaky stuff down there sometimes. A Mustang Fan and an SMU Class Of 08 Theatre Major. Believe It.

Re: To all Hilltop AlumniSnuck into McFarlin once for a concert in the underground tunnel system. Baseball field dugouts (gone). Ownby pressbox - great view of downtown (gone). Fondren stacks - a bit strange but great for studying.
Re: To all Hilltop AlumniThere are definitely tunnels that run under ground. You can access one of them in Dallas Hall..had a buddy who did it.
"smupony94: Harry, you have been promoted to purveyor of official status capabilities."
Re: To all Hilltop AlumniThe tunnel systems runs throughout campus and is full of various utility pipes and conduits. Pretty much every building has a door or other access in, although the older buildings seem to be easier to find the access. You can also see metal grates in the ground all over campus that belch out steam in the winter - those are the tunnels also.
There used to be an 'urban explorer' page on the internet with a ton of pictures but I can't find it now. I did come across: http://urbanexplorers.net/utility-tunnels/southern-methodist-university.html Edit: Bunch of pics here: http://www.uer.ca/locations/show.asp?locid=20304 "I think Couchem is right."
