As much as we all liked SMU's secret play when Walterscheid bobbled the snap and heaved that desparation toss ... er, threw the fake punt ... to James Orr, let's not make that a habit. I can think of at least half a dozen times Walterscheid bobbled or dropped the snap. Take 1000 snaps a day between now and then if you have to. Let's make special teams a strength again, not a liability.

Hey, lighten up - the special teams were mostly solid today. Especially on coverage. Rice had a bunch of returns that were stopped inside the 20, although that was partially because Gavin Boothe kept running the thing out of the end zone. Rico Harris looked especially good on coverage.
