TEAM NOTES

SMU earns its sixth win and is bowl-eligible for the second straight season and third time in the last five years.

SMU is 5-2 in Conference USA and controls its destiny in Conference USA’s West Division. If the Mustangs win their final game at East Carolina on Friday, they will win the division and represent the West in the C-USA Championship game.

SMU had a season-high 5 sacks. It is also the most by SMU under June Jones.

Zach Line now has 1174 yards for the season. This is the 14th 1000-yard rushing season by an SMU player. Line is the ninth person on that list. Shawnbrey McNeal had 1188 rushing yards last season to make this the first time SMU has had a 1000-yard rusher in back-to-back seasons since Keylon Kincade in 2002 and 2003.

SMU honored 11 seniors in a post-game celebration: Chris Butler, Mickey Dollens, Patrick Fleming, Pete Fleps, Ryan Moczygemba, Sterling Moore, Aldrick Robinson, Justin Smart, Matt Szymanski, Bennie Thomas, and Youri Yenga.

Aldrick Robinson now has 1053receiving yards this season. It is the 5th 1000-yard season at SMU. He is the only Mustang to do it twice (1047 in 2009)

- Has a receiving TD in five straight games, which ties his career-long and ties for the second-longest streak at SMU. (record is six straight by Emannuel Sanders in 2006)
- With 6 points, he now has 162 for his career; that ties for 13th at SMU
