We win at ecu Or 8-3 Tulsa (5-2) loses to 8-3 (5-2) S Miss (east)
Check my math, but if both happen and UCF loses, then it's SMU v SMu in cusa champ game
The host is the team with the best record. We would both be 6-2 in conference
Common opponents are: Mar Ecu Tul Ecu Hou Tuln
We both will have beaten Tul, Tuln, mar (3-0) They beat Hou but lost to ecu (1-1) We will have beaten ecu but lost to Hou (1-1)
We beat uab, they lost to uab (+1 Smu)
We host at ford (assuming that conference record determines host site)
We play fort worth bowl at ford
8 home games this year

Ucf won't lose
It tastes better when served from a Bowl (game)!

beat ECU or we don't deserve to be playing for the CUSA title; UCF would be a great challenge

We had better win because if both SMU and Tulsa lose we will go to the Championship with a 6-6 record and not be bowl eligible if we lose. I wonder if S A Pony still wants us to lose to ECU now?

Interesting... teams with .500 records can qualify for bowl games if their conference has a contract with a bowl game. Also, teams with .500 records (i.e. 6–6) could earn bowl bids if all other FBS teams with winning records have been taken and postseason spots still remain vacant. In thirteen-game seasons (used because of conference championship games, or allowable for Hawaiʻi and any of its home opponents in a given season), a team must win seven games.[3]

If we win next week against ECU (or let's think positive, when we win), when would the CUSA champ game be?
