A Good Time to ShareModerators: PonyPride, SmooPower A Good Time to ShareI posted this in another thread but decided to start a new one with it. I was never really sure that I wanted to put this out there, but with the show, I guess now is as good a time as ever to shar
This is written by someone (Ron Meyer when he got to New England?) to George Owens (one of the nine banned boosters). This was his payroll to meet. The right column is partially cut-off but shows the number of months for payment. Last edited by diamond_tom on Mon Dec 13, 2010 7:58 pm, edited 1 time in total.
Re: A Good Time to ShareI think Assistant Coaches Endicott and Steve Sidwell-maybe others also went to New England-could be one of them

Re: A Good Time to ShareSo how did you wind up with this material?
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
Re: A Good Time to ShareI got to know George before he passed away, what passion he had for SMU.
Re: A Good Time to Shareadjusted for inflation, how much is that?
Re: A Good Time to ShareI hadn't looked at in years and pulled it out on Saturday night to see if any of the guys in the show were on it - no Stanley, Richards or Stopperich. I guess they were on someone else's list.
Also, no Craig James ...
Re: A Good Time to ShareThis is HUGE info.
Re: A Good Time to ShareJames not on the list. Surely that can't be the whole thing.
Re: A Good Time to Share
Stanley, Richards, and Stopperich wouldn't have been on the Hilltop yet.
Re: A Good Time to Sharepretty cool piece of history. i'd probably have that framed in my office - as a conversation piece if nothing else
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally
Re: A Good Time to Share100 in 1982 is about 230 today....
Re: A Good Time to ShareCJ was getting his payment as an intern for Sherwood...
