I sent an email to the John Knudson guy asking for the date my order was shipped along w/a tracking number. Received an automated response stating that he is traveling on business until Jan. 1 but will check email every evening and send a response.

They promised the shirts to arrive by the bowl game. So no shirts by then, I think that's a reasonable time to start dealing with your CC folks.

Mine was supposedly shipped Dec.19, I emailed and got a response that John was traveling on business till January 1. Said to contact his cell 917-770-7122 .said he would check messages at the end of the day. Has anyone received anything ?

Got this yesterday, the 24th:

Good morning and thank you for your email. Your order has not shipped as the merchandise you requested was not available in full (the SMU Helmet Tee was completed however the Army Helmet Tee was still in production until yesterday). Our system automatically issues an auto-reply based on several factors when it expects your shipment to be processed. I do apologize that you were not contacted earlier to indicate the delay in product availability. Your order is scheduled to ship on Monday via UPS shipping at no additional charge. You will have your shirts no later than Wednesday, December 29th. If you have an alternate address you would like the shirts shipped to, please advise and we will re-route your order.

I hope you have a Happy Holidays and enjoy the game next week!
