I started this and finally got a live response as well as the shirts on the 24th. From what I can understand, it was a "communication" issues with a "'not understanding"webmaster. When any of us went to the website, it had a listing of odd numbers of specific shirts in certain sizes - certainly a belief that there were shirts already in production, When we ordered and the order was "shipped" the next day - another reason to believe we were getting item already produced.
In fact, production was not in place and was scrambling to meet demand.
Site provided no contact info. "John" is "absent" with a message that implies some level of arrogance.
Hope for LESSONS LEARNED.
1. Have the website ACCURATE.
2. Provide CONTACT information.
3. Don't take a VACATION during your company's WE NEED YOU season.

I emailed John on Tuesday early AM and AMy didn't respond until after 5 and by then, according to her, it was to late for her to ship them to me to arrive before today. Bottom line, they weren't equipped to handle this. John told me he was in Dallas getting Ford ready----???? anyway, Amy offered me a polo, which tells me they probably don't even have the tshirts, and when I declined she seemed irritated. It will be interesting to see if he is selling them at the stadium today. Oh well.............very amateurish and unprofessional.

BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!

For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.

So much for having merchandise by Wednesday. Really seeming like a scam ! We've been lied to twice now.

Still have not received my shirts. Have now canceled the order with Team Retail, and after not seeing a credit placed on my card, have filed a complaint with American Express.

Include me. PM the address you're using. I send daily emails with no response. My Amex was charged Dec. 11. "ship date" December 13. Nada.

Someone please post the contact info that is allowing you to get results on this.

I ordered two shirts around Dec 11th and have not received anything (yet my card was charged as well).

If anyone did receive the shirts - are they worth waiting on - or should I ask him to cancel?

You can still order one for $17.95 on www.footballfanatics.com. With $4.95 shipping you'll receive it says you'll receive it by Jan. 10 if you order now. Just S-M-L-XL left, no XXLs.

I've used footballfanatics.com several times and have always been pleased with their service. They have a wide variety of SMU merchandise.

Yes, in the photo on footballfanatics.com the shirt says, "Fort Worth, Texas" but I bet there's a good chance the shirt you receive will be corrected to say "Dallas-Fort Worth." It's in tiny type, anyway.

I did finally hear back from my request to cancel, and have been promised a credit AND the t-shirts. Neither has come to fruition yet. I'm confident I'll get the refund, and not so confident about the shirts.
