Don't know why we simply pull out those pants & ditch our current ones??? They sure would look better with the stripes on our current helmets - more symmetrical with regards to the sizing of the stripes between the helmets & pants.

And white shoes and socks.

As somebody who watched the game, you could not tell they were black unless it was a close up shot. Other than that they looked like Dark Blue. I think if you want to rock the black, you rock black pants as well, otherwise, dont bother.

A question for the board, in my day, SMU wore Red, White, and Blue jerserys. White was the away Jersey, home was blue, and red was for special occasions. Is this the tradition?

Didn't see it - saw more complaining about being called "little guys" after the win. Not much activity on that site at all - guessing most of them were in Pasadena and out celebrating to bother getting online...lots of congrats posts from other schools, too.
