I was there, I enjoyed the hell of it. And I had a good laugh after the game when Turner and Miller were having a hugfest with Doherty on the court like he just won the conference title or something. I swear they gave him an extenson on the spot.

They have 7 frosh that played tonight. They went cold the last 9 minutes of both halves, but shot close to 70% from the field before they went cold. Couldn't hit the broadside of a barn with free throws the second half (missed every attempt). Yet they out-rebounded SMU by 12. Sometimes you just gotta shake your head in disbelief.

We can bask in the glow of a win tonight and hope it carries over to Saturday against Houston!

4 of Memphis' 6 best players are frosh, so I'm not sure what people are expecting out of them. They are very talented, just lack experience and legit upperclassmen. The time to get them is now

They blow out this years starters every day in practice. Scrimmages aren't even competitive
