CIT Roster Question

Since this is an exhibition game, can we play the guys that had to sit out this year? Is this NCAA sanctioned so we have to follow their rules, I would think not but I have no idea?

I understand this is a reward for the guys that played all year, but I still want to win and I think some added depth and scoring could help us do that.

Working with what I was given. Legitimate question though. If this our fate, might as well dominate with all of our horses.
