Adamant? Wow, that will be a surprise to UA fans!

Re: OT - A late retirement
it shouldn't, Xavier fans knew it. This is going to be a crazy hire, cause both sides are already saying he's coming, he's going etc. Tons of misinformation by the minute
Re: OT - A late retirementLots going on in this search. Itll end ok, but so much innuendo
Re: OT - A late retirementDickie v says get Tubby.
Re: OT - A late retirement
Oh god no ... Sounds like Miller is staying at Zona. Brey does nothing for me — he has all the resources in the world at ND, has won a lot of games, and only made the Sweet 16 ONCE? No thanks. Question for hoopmanx: who cares if Stevens has been in a sub-par league? He could be in the Sun Belt (zing!), but if he gets to the NCAA title game every year, he's a huge success, no? Besides, I bet that if he were able to sell the ACC, the chance to play Carolina and Duke a couple of times a year on national TV, he'd be able to recruit some major talent. I'd vote for Stevens, or even Chaka Smart. What about the guys from Villanova and Pitt? Aren't they rumored to be in the mix?
Re: OT - A late retirementOn the other hand, it looks like Brey is out of the mix:

OT - A late retirementStevens won't leave...only job he takes is indiana is cream fails.
Re: Re: OT - A late retirement
Purdue thought they were going to get him if Painter went to Mizzou
Re: OT - A late retirementTubbys not in it, Stevens was never really approached, and Brey was given a courtesy call to placate Morgan Wooten. Maryland would never offer Brey.
A&M may want to see where their boy is right now, though
Re: OT - A late retirement
Maryland isn't the place for Stevens, he knows it, we know it. Smart may enter the equation later, f this becomes a debacle. Wright is flirting w/it, no go w/Dixon.
Re: OT - A late retirementare we not on probation also?
Re: OT - A late retirementI'll say it again: Nothing says 1st in the ACC like 4th in the CAA! Shaka!
Re: OT - A late retirement
so you know, I have my place in this search shall we say, and I never ever forgot that line. I've now used it on Terp brass more than once. Thx
Re: OT - A late retirementif so, why didnt they go after another VCU guy before K snatched him back to Duke (Capel)? Perceived as damaged goods after getting canned by OU? Not splashy enough?
